Winter Care
Up here in Northern Wisconsin it gets a little cold. So here is how I keep my rabbits warm.
1. When it starts to get cold I increase my rabbits from 1/3 cup of feed to 1/2 a cup of feed per day.
2. I have both wooden and wire cages so the wooden ones stay out side. I tarp them to block the wind and snow but remember not to tarp them so tightly that they cant get fresh air or they will get sick. The all wire cages go into the shed. But you can leave them out side and just tarp them.
3. I stuff my rabbits cages full of either hay or straw. Either works and your rabbits will stay warm.
4. To get the rabbits eough water in the winter, i water them once in the morring and then at night.
I hope this helps
